Dumbbell Swings

Pretty much everything but chest.

Keep the low back arched. Swing the dumbbell back between the legs, then using a "jumping" motion drive the hip forward reaching full extension with the body and allow the dumbbell to swing over head. The arm is like a rope attached to the dumbbell. The legs and back are doing most of the work.
