2006: Started 13 of his 15 games... scored two goals with team-high five assists for nine points, second on team... named Big West Conference Second Team... took 21 shots with eight going on goal... scored goals at Saint Mary’s (9/10/06) and at Cal State Fullerton (10/7/06)... had assists in each of UCR’s first three games, at Oregon State (8/25/06), versus Michigan State (8/26/06), and on game-winning goal at home against UNLV (8/29/06)... assisted second goal in win against Cal Poly (10/28/06)... also had assist against Cal State Fullerton (11/1/06).
2005: Played in 17 games, started eight… scored one goal and added two assists for four points… took 19 shots, 11 on goal… scored the game-winning goal in a 2-1 double overtime win against Cal State Fullerton (11/12/05)… assisted on the winning goal in a 2-1 double overtime win against UC Davis (9/25/05)… assisted a goal in a 3-2 loss against UC Irvine (10/01/05)
2004: Played in 17 games, started in five… scored one goal and assisted two for four points… put eight of his 13 shots on goal... scored his only goal against St. Mary’s in a 4-2 win (9/19/04)… assisted a goal against Cal Poly in a 5-4 victory (10/17/04)... assisted only goal against UC Davis (10/3/04).
High School: Three-year letterwinner at La Serna HS... named First Team All-Del Rio League and Second Team All-CIF his senior year... selected for the Olympic Development Program state team in 2002-2003... also lettered in cross country, earning first team all-league honors in 2001 and 2004... founded a soccer league at Victory Outreach Church.
Personal: Andrew Paul Villalobos is the son of Brian and Vivian Villalobos... a philosophy major… favorite team is Arsenal... favorite athlete is Ryan Giggs... enjoys his mom’s cooking... says his parents are his biggest influence as they have encouraged him every step of the way... lived in England until 2000, where he developed a love for the game.
