Anheuser-Busch has teamed up with UC Riverside athletics and
has chosen UCR Men's Basketball senior guard Larry Cunningham
as the February recipient of the "Responsibility Matters
Good Sport of the Month."
Cunningham (Downey, CA/Downey
HS) is set to graduate this May with a degree in Liberal Studies
with an emphasis in sociology and education. Larry is coming
off of a season in which he led the team in scoring at 16.3
PPG and also became UCR's all-time leading scorer during his
31-point effort against Hawaii on February 23rd.
Cunningham roots for the
Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Lakers and likes to watch
Brian Drawings, Kobe Bryant, and clips of Julius "Dr.
J" Erving. Larry loves to eat salmon and his favorite
movies are "Men of Honor" and "Finding Forrester."
