(April 29, 2008) – The UC Riverside Highlanders
men's basketball team has the 62nd best recruiting class in
the nation according to the recruiting website The HOOP SCOOP
Online. The HOOP SCOOP Online rating system doles out points
based on the individual rankings of players in a specific
recruiting class. The Highlanders currently rank ahead of
notable programs such as Marquette (63), Houston (T-65) and
UNLV (T-65).
