2004 & 2005: Spent two years on a mission in Venezuela and Costa Rica for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
2003: finished 45th in 27:30.6 in the Big West Championship (11/1/03)... finished 23rd in 27:02 at Long Beach (10/18/03)... finished 43rd in 13:09 at Stanford (9/27/03).
High School: Lettered in basketball, soccer, track and cross country for Granite Hills HS... four year letterwinner in cross country and track... won the league championship and reached the CIF Finals in track... helped team to a second place finish and second round CIF appearance in soccer.
