2006: Competed in six events... finished second on the team and 89th overall at the NCAA West Regional (11/11/06), covering the 10K course in 32:57.21... placed third on the team and 36th overall at the Big West Championships (10/28/06) in 28:13.50 over 8K... was fourth on the team and 26th overall at the UCR Invitational at 25:40.6 over 8K.
2005: Finished in 38th place and first on the team in 26:05.4 at the CS Fullerton Opener (9/3/05)... finished 156th overall in 26:48 at the Stanford Invitational (9/24/05)... finished 35th overall in 26:25.9 at the UCR Invitational... finished 105th overall and second on the team in 26:20.0 at the Drews/Neubauer Invitational (10/15/05)... finished 39th overall in 25:59.3 at the Big West Championship (10/29/05)... finished 117th overall in 33:37.7 at the NCAA West Regionals (11/12/05).
2004: Redshirted in cross country for UCR.
High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in track and a three year letterwinner in cross country at Los Angeles Baptist HS under Coach Greg Hart... was first man on the first cross country team in school history to reach the CIF State Championships... named the Alpha League Most Valuable Distance Runner in track as a senior in 2003... won the Alpha League 800, mile and two mile races as a senior.
