Troubleshooting
Guide:
If you are having
problems listening to the web cast, the most likely reason is that your
browser is not configured to use Quicktime as the default media player,
or that you do not have Quicktime installed on you computer. The easiest
solution to this problem is to do the following.
1.) Make
sure you have downloaded the latest version of Quicktime for your computer
platform from the Apple Quicktime website. (Click
here to go to that website.)
2. Open
the Quicktime Program
3. Click
on "File"---> "Open URL in new player"
4.
For baseball broadcasts, type in or cut and paste the following
link:
rtsp://138.23.119.220/Athletics/live2.sdp
This should begin
the broadcast. If you have additional difficulties, click
here and let us know as we work out the kinks in the system.
